Diabetes sucks, but how do you get a crowd of people from 7 to 70 excited to kick its ass? You get them to make some noise and rally together for a good cause.

As a key sponsor for the 2017 JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes, Sun Life Financial wanted to get people enthusiastic about their platform to “Team Up Against Diabetes”.

With cheerful noisemaker giveaways and a digital gong that participants could ring to unlock additional donations to JDRF, the activation was a hit that the brand repurposed for later fundraising events.
